Fix labels on top of linework

Fix some labels-on-linework problems using Maplex Labelling toolbar >> Weight Ranking.

I’ve been using Maplex label engine for years, but didn’t really pay attention to the toolbar. I thought the Layer >> Properties >> Labels >> Placement Properties controls was where all the action and control was. Wrong!

All you folks out there using this for years can go ahead and keep laughing. It’s a reminder to me to keep curiosity alive about what all the buttons do. 😉
