Download *.style & *.mxd from http://ftp2.cits.rncan.gc.ca/pub/geogratis/faq/, follow instructions therein for making the styles available to ArcMap.

If using older ntdb and derived datasets, e.g. ftp://ftp.geomaticsyukon.ca/Environment/Base250k, open SymbologyToolntdb.mxd, open vba editor, and for Forms > frmSymbology change the property of "Database field name" from ATC to EXCODE.
