Common Decimal Degree and Metre distances

Sometimes I just want to know how long X might be in decimal degrees or metres without going through a bunch of steps. Ideally this would be calculator, but I don't have the time to figure out how to that so for now we'll just jot down the ones I've needed. These numbers are based on Yukon Albers projection at approximately ~64°N and measured in the horizontal (remember that metres to DD changes with latitude).
