Vertical Toolbars

There's a quirk in ArcMap's toolbar customisation that makes it extremely aggravating to get them verticaly stacked on one another. Well, aggravate no more! A reliable sure fire method has been discovered: instead of fruitlessly chasing your tail moving the toolbar you actually want to relocate, the one on the bottom, move the other one, the one on top!

1. move the upper tool bar either straight up or straight down, it doesn't need to be more than a smidgen
2. ZIP! the bottom toolbar will snuggle in nice and tight to the left side.
